Cancellation Policy

Appointment Policies: - All appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted at this time. - A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your total service cost. - To maintain a serene and professional atmosphere, we kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests, including children, unless they are being serviced. - A deposit of $15-$25 may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your service and is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. - We accept cash, credit cards, cashapp, & zelle. Punctuality Policy - Clients arriving 10 or more minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. - If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply. Cancellation Policy - We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee. Service Adjustments - If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon.
