Product Policies

Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued after payment is processed.

Damaged Products
 

  • ​​​If your product arrives damaged, spilled, or broken and is unusable, please contact our customer service team via email within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include a detailed description of the issue and clear pictures of the damaged product.

  • Our team will review your case and respond within 24-48 hours to determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate.

Shipping

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Once processed, your order will be shipped.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Pretty Dimples Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Policies


 

  • All appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted at this time.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your total service cost.

  • To maintain a serene and professional atmosphere, we kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests, including children, unless they are being serviced.

  • A deposit of $15-$25 may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your service and is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

  • We accept cash, credit cards, cashapp, & zelle.
     

Late Policy

  • Clients arriving 10 or more minutes late will incur a $15 late fee.

  • If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellation Policy
 

  • We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Service Adjustments
 

  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon. Adjustments will only be made at the salon’s discretion and must be addressed within 3 days of your appointment.
